1: Purchase procedure

    8-. Reception of your order

    9-. Return and exchange policy SIMPLEWAKESHOP
    To make a change and / or return you must send us an email indicating the order number to process that change or return. The term for the exchange or return on the products purchased is 14 days from receipt of the same.
    The product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered and must keep the instructions, documentation, accessories and their original packaging and labeling.
    The return to SIMPLEWAKESHOP must be done using the same box or packaging used in the delivery or, failing that, in a similar format that guarantees the return of the products in perfect condition.
    A copy of the proof of purchase and the delivery note of the products must be included in the package, where the products returned and the reason for the return are also marked.
    Returns must be delivered to the destination within 7 days after the date of acceptance of the return.
The transport costs originated by the return and / or change will be borne by the customer.
    Once analyzed the perfect condition of the merchandise, we will pay the amount of the product within a maximum period of 30 days. We do not refund shipping costs if the return is not justified.

    The warranty does NOT cover:

    The deficiencies caused by negligence, beating, use or improper manipulation, accidents and / or use not in accordance with the instructions for use, nor materials or products subject to wear due to their normal or consumable uses. Products modified or repaired by the Registered User or any other person not authorized by the manufacturer or supplier are excluded from the guarantee.
    Among other assumptions, the Registered User will not have the right to exercise the guarantee of the products and, consequently, the guarantee will not be applicable:
    a) if some of the data of the guarantee of the products provided are modified, altered or replaced.
     b) if the identification number is manipulated or repaired as well as the guaranteed product without knowledge and authorization of the technical service or the company issuing the guarantee.
    c) if it does not have the proof of purchase and the delivery note of the products.
    To make use of the guarantee, it is essential to keep the warranty certificate together with the proof of purchase and the delivery note of the products.
    The products offered secondhand, used or coming from test will not have warranty.

4: AVAILABILITY
